Your Content: All audio content created with LOOPER belongs to you. You retain full ownership and copyright of your creative works.

Our Software: LOOPER software, algorithms, and documentation remain the property of Marco Petri and are protected by copyright law.

Third-Party Content: Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any source audio used with LOOPER.

International Compliance

Export Compliance: This software is subject to German and EU export regulations. Users are responsible for compliance with local import/export laws.

Regional Restrictions: Software may not be used in jurisdictions where prohibited by local law.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by German law, with jurisdiction in German courts.

Updates and Support

Updates: Minor updates and bug fixes are included with your license. Major version upgrades may require additional payment.

Support: Technical support is provided for current software versions. Response time: 24-48 hours for technical issues.

Compatibility: We strive to maintain compatibility with current operating systems and DAW software.

Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. Termination occurs upon:

Upon termination, you must cease using the software and destroy all copies.

VST3 Compliance

LOOPER VST3 plugin is developed using the Steinberg VST3 SDK under the "Proprietary Steinberg VST3" license agreement.

VST Trademark: VST® is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH, registered in Europe and other countries.

Plugin Usage: The VST3 plugin can be used in any compatible DAW software for music production and audio processing.

Audio Engine License

LOOPER uses the JUCE framework for audio processing, which is licensed under commercial terms for proprietary software distribution.

Audio Quality: All audio processing algorithms are proprietary and optimized for professional music production.

Format Support: Licensed for WAV, MP3, and AIFF file format support.

Sample Licensing

Generated Content: All audio content generated by LOOPER is royalty-free and owned by the user.

Source Material: Users must ensure they have rights to any source audio files used with LOOPER.

Commercial Use: Generated loops and samples can be used in commercial releases without additional licensing fees.

Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If LOOPER doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

EU Consumer Rights

Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases, which expires upon download with express consent.
